At Boozyshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt provided it is unopened and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship the Package

  Print your return label from the portal and drop your package off at a local shipping point; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
